Angelbird has notified us of an issue that may affect data reliability on their CFexpress v4 Type B media (including RED versions) during offload using a media reader. In rare cases, this issue can result in critical data loss. In response, Angelbird has released a firmware update for the media cards and recommends that all users update their v4 media cards to the latest version (version RD5.04).
If you are using any media cards that may be affected by this issue, we strongly recommend completing this update as soon as possible.
