BEGIN TRADE-IN

Login to RED.com

Navigate to RED.com > My Account > Registered Products

Ensure that the camera you want to trade in is registered to your RED.com account - Camera Registration

Accept Trade-in Terms:

Confirm that you accept the RED TRADE-IN PROMOTION TERMS:

After agreeing to the RED TRADE-IN PROMOTION TERMS, navigate back to Registered Products.

Select the TRADE IN link to begin:

Select the new item you'd like to Trade-in to. Click ADD TO CART:

Once added to your cart, the new item will show linked to the trade-in:

Proceed with checkout as normal.

After you've completed checkout, you will receive automated instructions from SALES@RED.COM - PLEASE ENSURE THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS WHITELISTED THROUGH YOUR EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER

Follow the instructions in the provided email to return your original camera to RED within 10 business days to complete the trade-in.

Once your original camera is received and verified by RED, the credit will be returned to the same payment method used for the new camera purchase.

FAQ - V-RAPTOR [X] Pack & V-RAPTOR XL [X] Pack Trade-In Promotion

• Trade-in is only available towards V-RAPTOR XL [X] Packs and V-RAPTOR [X] Packs (including Z Mount) - Trade-in is not available toward BRAIN-ONLY purchases.
• Trade-ins are one-for-one and cannot be combined.
• Camera must be registered to your account - Camera Registration
• Through the Trade-in Promotion, new camera pack is purchased at full price, then trade-in camera is returned for credit. Credit will be returned to original payment method.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring the camera is delivered to RED and in working order
• Correct camera must be delivered to RED - If the wrong item or serial number is sent, the trade-in will not be accepted
• Lens mount required for trade-in - Do not include any additional items (media, accessories, cases, batteries, etc.) as they will not be returned.
• Trade-in credit CANNOT be applied to a past order.
