FAQ -
- Trade-in is only available towards V-RAPTOR XE, V-RAPTOR [X] or V-RAPTOR XL [X] (standalone or pack) purchases.
- Camera must be registered to your account - Camera Registration
- RED Trade-In Promotion Terms & Conditions must be agreed to prior to sale.
- Through the Trade-In Promotion, new eligible camera or pack is purchased at full price, then trade-in camera is returned for credit. Credit will be returned to the original payment method.
- Trade-In Camera must be received by RED within 10 days of your eligible purchase to receive credit.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring the camera is delivered to RED and in good working order.
