V-RAPTOR XL - Core SWX HELIX 9 & HELIX 150 Firmware Update

A small subset of Core SWX HELIX 9 and HELIX 150 batteries in the field (serials BP62999999 and lower) may require a firmware update to properly communicate with V-RAPTOR XL.  
If you are having communication issues between your Core SWX HELIX 9 or HELIX 150, such as missing or incorrect battery percentage being shown in camera, please reach out to Core SWX for the firmware update procedure. 

Recommended Solutions:

2. Use the Low Voltage Warning feature of the camera to override the incorrect or missing communication.
