End of Upgrades/Trade-Ins

End of DSMC2 Sensor Upgrades

As of December 31, 2022, the sensor upgrades for the following cameras are discontinued:  

• DSMC2 HELIUM 8K S35
• DSMC2 GEMINI 5K S35
• DSMC2 DRAGON-X 6K S35

Even though RED is discontinuing these sensor upgrades, we will continue to support all DSMC2/RANGER models.

End of Non-DSMC2 Unified Upgrades 

As of December 31, 2021, the upgrade paths for the following cameras are discontinued: 

• WEAPON HELIUM 
• WEAPON RED DRAGON (Forged CF, Woven CF) 
• WEAPON RED DRAGON (Magnesium) 
• RED EPIC-W HELIUM 
• RED EPIC-W GEMINI 
• SCARLET-W 

Even though RED is discontinuing these upgrade paths to DSMC2, we will continue to support the WEAPON, EPIC-W, SCARLET-W, and RAVEN models. 

End of Trade-Ins 

As of December 31, 2021, all trade-in paths are discontinued.
