Updated Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautionary Measures: Open for Business

To Our Customers and Partners,

We would like to take a moment to update you on RED’s continued efforts to safely re-open our business as well as the continued actions we will be taking to ensure we are prioritizing the safety of our employees, customers, and partners during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. 

As we prepare to open up parts of our business, RED will remain diligent and thoughtful—continuing to follow the guidance set forth by the state of California and Orange County and helping support local health officials and government leaders as they work to control the spread of COVID-19.

With these priorities in mind and continuing to operate through a community-focused lens, we are implementing the following updates to our business operations:

Sales & Support

RED has begun accepting and processing sales orders via RED.com as well as through our dealer partners.

All Sales and Support team members that are able to work from home will continue to do so and they will remain available to answer questions and assist with any request. We continue to expect limited impact on our day-to-day operations or troubleshooting requests.

Repair & Upgrades

The RED Repair and Upgrades Teams are operating with minimal staff in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines set forth by local health officials. Upgrades and Repairs may be slightly delayed beyond our normal turnaround times.

RED HQ, RED Studios Hollywood, and Other Locations

Although RED locations are reopening for business, we are still not accepting walk-ins and the showroom at RED Studios Hollywood will also remain closed until further notice. 

  • RED Europe Ltd. Pinewood Offices are re-opening and are operating with limited staffing. Many teams are continuing to work remotely, taking customer sales and support inquiries. We will continue to monitor and follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully as the situation continues to evolve and are also taking all the necessary safety precautions across all of our activities & offices.
  • RED’s China offices are open on a limited basis.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. The RED team is anxious to get back to work and return to providing world-class products and service to our customers, but our business understands that we must do this safely and with the health and well-being of our employees and communities in mind.
