We would like to take a moment to update you on RED’s reply and actions going forward in response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 crisis.
For starters, all of us at RED are thinking of you and your families, and we will do everything we can to be here for you throughout these unprecedented times.
With this impact in mind, we at RED believe it’s our responsibility to prioritize two things in the month or months ahead:
- Safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our teams, customers, and partners.
- Being an active partner in helping support local health officials and government leaders as they work to control the spread of COVID-19.
Through this community-focused lens, we are implementing the following precautions:
Sales & Support
Until further notice, all Sales and Support team members are working from home. They will continue to be available to answer questions and assist you with any request. We expect limited impact on our day-to-day operations or troubleshooting requests.
Shipping & Repair
RED Headquarters and RED Europe Ltd. will be closed until further notice and customer shipments will not be accepted as no staff will be onsite.
We appreciate your understanding during these times, and we can’t wait to welcome you back into our headquarters soon. Until then, stay safe, take care of your family and community, and use your time to capture some incredible content.
As with any crisis, this one presents us all with an opportunity to come out stronger and better as a team.
