DSMC2/RANGER - Test Pattern Flashes on HD-SDI During Startup in IPP2 Mode

Known Issue ID: 11899

Issue Summary:

The test pattern flashes on the HD-SDI output during startup when the camera is in IPP2 mode and HD-SDI is set to Clean.

v7.0.0
