For DSMC, DSMC2, and DSMC3 cameras, the Serial Number is located on the bottom of the BRAIN. Some examples of serial number formats are:

The DSMC2 BRAIN PIN is located on the base of the BRAIN near the QR code. It is a 9-digit alphanumeric sequence (for example, 130XXXXXX).
The DSMC2 BRAIN PIN can also be found in the camera menu by navigating to Menu > Settings > Maintenance > System Status > Camera Info.
DSMC Serial Number and Pin
The DSMC BRAIN Serial Number is located on the bottom of the BRAIN near the HDMI / 3G-SDI ports. It is a 5-digit number starting with “#”. For example, in the photo below, the Serial Number is EPIC–M00051.
The DSMC BRAIN PIN is located on the base of the BRAIN near the QR code. It is a 9-digit alphanumeric sequence (for example, 102XXXXXX).
The DSMC BRAIN PIN can also be found in the camera menu by navigating to Menu > Setting > Maintenance > System Status > Camera Info.
RED ONE Serial Number and Pin
The RED ONE body Serial Number is located on the bottom of the body near the tri-pod mounting points. It is a 4 to 6-digit number. For example, in the photo below, the Serial Number is 1149.
The RED ONE PIN is located in the camera menu. To see it, press Undo and the Select at the same time. It is a 9-digit alphanumeric sequence (for example, 102-XXX-XXX).
