Domestic Shipping Options
RED® offers domestic shipping from RED Headquarters via:
- FedEx (Ground, Second Day Air, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, and FedEx Saturday Delivery)
- UPS (Ground, Three Day, Two Day Air, Two Day AM (businesses only)
- Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air
RED also offers Will Call. RED Store Hollywood, RED Store New York, and RED Store Miami do not currently offer outbound shipping. If the shipping method is not specified, RED will ship by the method it deems most advantageous.

RED offers Will Call from RED Headquarters. Will Call orders are held for a period of 30 days, after which the orders are processed as returns.
For your security, RED does not authorize shipping reroutes. Please ensure that your order has the correct address at the time of order invoicing and that you will be available to receive the shipment at the address provided.
RED works with freight forwarders to arrange shipments via a third party. You may use a freight forwarder of your choosing if the freight forwarder’s contact information is provided to RED prior to order invoicing. RED can recommend competitive freight quotes at your request. Once RED has processed your order, RED will coordinate shipment pick up with the freight forwarder.
Once a shipment leaves RED Headquarters, risk of loss or damage passes to you. If you would like to insure your shipment, you can make arrangements using a third-party insurance provider. Insurance on shipments must be arranged prior to order processing.
All domestic shipments from RED Headquarters are shipped Signature Required. FedEx will attempt to deliver your shipment three (3) times before returning your shipment to RED Headquarters. If your shipment is returned to RED Headquarters due to non-delivery, you will be responsible for all charges associated with the return shipment and any reshipment of the product.
In the event you are not available to receive the shipment, a Door Tag will be left at the address. If you receive a Door Tag, you may make arrangements to pick this shipment up from a FedEx location by calling the FedEx number on the Door Tag. FedEx will attempt to deliver your shipment three (3) times before returning to sender.
Personal FedEx Account
You can enter your own FedEx number to bill the shipping charges if the FedEx account number is provided prior to order invoicing in the checkout process. FedEx will bill you separately and RED will not charge shipping and handling fees for selecting this option.
FedEx Self Pick-Up
You can arrange for a shipment to be held at a FedEx location for pick up only if FedEx’s address is provided and the arrangement is made prior to order invoicing.
If the order is shipping Ground, the shipment can be held at a FedEx location for a maximum of 10 days; all other shipment types can be held for a maximum of 5 days.
Sales tax is applied to any order shipping to California, Washington, Florida, or New York. Sales tax is applied to Will Call, RED New York, RED Miami, and RED Store Hollywood purchases.
