RED Europe Ltd. Shipping Options

RED® offers shipping from RED Europe Ltd. via:

  • FedEx UK, FedEx Second Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • TNT
  • GPM
  • Royal Mail
  • GLS Parcel Force


Will Call

RED offers Will Call from RED Europe Ltd. located at Pinewood Studios in the UK. Will Call orders are held for a period of 30 days, after which they are processed as a return. 


Reroute Package

For your security, RED does not authorize shipping reroutes. Please ensure that your order has the correct address at the time of order invoicing and that you will be available to receive the shipment at the address provided.


Freight Forwarder

RED works with freight forwarders to arrange shipments via a third party. You can use a freight forwarder of your choice if the freight forwarder’s contact information is provided to RED when your order is placed. RED can recommend competitive freight quotes at your request. Once your order has invoiced, RED will coordinate shipment pick up with the freight forwarder.


Shipping Insurance

Once a shipment leaves RED Europe Ltd., risk of loss or damage passes to you. If you would like to insure your shipment you may make arrangements using a third-party insurance provider. Insurance on shipments must be arranged prior to order processing.


Signature Required

All domestic shipments from RED Europe Ltd. are shipped Signature Required. FedEx will attempt to deliver your shipment three (3) times before returning to sender. If your shipment is returned to RED Europe Ltd. due to non-delivery, you will be responsible for all charges associated with the return shipment and any reshipment of the product. In the event you are not available to receive the shipment, a Door Tag will be left at the address. If you receive a Door Tag, you may make arrangements to pick this shipment up from a FedEx location by calling the FedEx number on the Door Tag.


Personal Carrier Acount

You can use a shipping account from any of the carriers to bill the shipping charges if the account number is provided to RED when your order is placed. Your carrier will bill you separately and RED will not charge shipping and handling fees for selecting this option.


FedEx Self Pick-Up

You can arrange for a shipment to be held at a FedEx location for pick up only if the FedEx address is provided and the arrangement is made prior to order invoicing. A shipment can be held at a FedEx location for a maximum of 10 days, if the order is shipping Ground. All other shipments can be held for a maximum of 5 days. For your security, RED is unable to arrange for shipments to be held at hotels. 


Value Added Tax (VAT)

All stated prices on exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). Goods supplied to UK addresses or collected from RED Europe Ltd. are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate. EU customers (non-UK) with a valid EC VAT registration number are eligible to make Zero Rated VAT purchases, provided that the goods are shipped outside of the UK. Non-EU customers in Europe (customers from Switzerland) are eligible to make VAT Exempt purchases, provided that the goods are shipped outside of the EU. 


Hotel or Carrier Service Center Holding

For your security, RED cannot arrange for shipments to be held at hotels or carrier service centers.



Currency on EU.RED.COM changes to GBP once you get to the checkout page if your primary shipping address is in UK.


Export and Re-Export Restrictions

By placing an order, you agree to comply with all export and re-export restrictions and regulations of the Department of Commerce and any other United States or foreign agencies.
