International Shipping Options
RED offers international shipping from RED Headquarters.
If the shipping method is not specified, RED will ship by the method it deems most advantageous.
For more information, go to Terms & Condition Of Sale - Section 4.
If you are in the European Union, go to EU Terms and Conditions of Sale - Section 3.
Reroute Package
For your security, RED does not authorize shipping reroutes. Please ensure that your order has the correct address before the order ships and that you will be available to receive the shipment at the address provided.
Freight Forwarder
You can use a freight forwarder of your choice if the freight forwarder’s contact information is provided to RED when the order is placed. RED can recommend competitive freight quotes at your request. Once your order has invoiced, RED coordinates shipment pick up with the freight forwarder.
Shipping Insurance
Once a shipment leaves RED Headquarters, risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer. If you would like to insure your shipment you may make arrangements using a third-party insurance provider. Insurance on shipments must be arranged prior to order processing.
No Signature Required
All international shipments from RED Headquarters are shipped No Signature Required.
If the carrier is unable to reach you or your broker to deliver the shipment through customs, RED will be notified and will attempt to make contact with you. If your shipment is returned to RED Headquarters due to non-delivery, you will be responsible for all charges associated with the return shipment and any reshipment of the product. RED cannot guarantee retrieval of shipments held in customs.
Hotel or Carrier Service Center Holding
For your security, RED cannot arrange for shipments to be held at hotels or carrier service centers.
Personal Carrier Account
RED accepts personal carrier accounts for FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Please contact RED if you would like to add this information to your account and orders. The carrier of your choosing will bill you separately and RED will not charge shipping and handling fees for using this option
Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your shipment. RED recommends that you consult your local customs office prior to placing your order. If you are using a broker to arrange order delivery, the broker’s contact information must be provided to RED before you place your order. Duties and taxes may not be applicable to all EU shipments.
Currency
RED.com allows you to view prices in different currencies (USD, GBP, and EUR). Once you checkout, your order’s currency may update based on your shipping address.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All stated prices on RED.com exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers within the European Union with a valid EC VAT registration number are eligible to make Zero Rated VAT purchases. To be eligible, you must provide your VAT registration number at the point of sale. To add your VAT registration number to your account, click My Account at the top right of RED.com and go to Account Details.
To check your VAT registration number, use europa.eu for VAT number validation. If your VAT number will not validate or you think that there is an error, please check europa.eu for more information.
Non-EU customers in Europe are eligible to make VAT Exempt purchases, provided that the goods are shipped outside of the EU.
Export and Re-Export Restrictions
By placing an order, you agree to comply with all export and re-export restrictions and regulations of the Department of Commerce and any other United States or foreign agencies.
