To check the status of a Service Order, sign in to your RED.com account and click Service Requests in the My Account menu.
If you would like to send an item to RED to be serviced, please submit a request on support.red.com.
For security reasons, please submit requests using either the primary email address or an alternate contact email that is listed on the RED.com account from which the item was purchased. If you have any questions, contact RED Support at +1-949-206-7900.
