Upgrade Shipping Options
You have the following return shipping options after RED performs an upgrade:

|International sensor upgrades||FedEx International Priority|

|Camera BRAIN Upgrade Orders||RED’s standard shipping method or via method requested|
Inbound Shipping Insurance
NOTE: Only applicable if you have to send the product in for an upgrade.
You can make arrangements using a third-party insurance provider. Insurance on shipments must be arranged prior to shipping to RED® Headquarters.
Outbound Shipping Insurance
All product shipments are made Carriage Paid to Destination (CPT-Destination) from RED Headquarters. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are transferred to the carrier. If you want to insure your shipment, you can make arrangements using a third-party insurance provider. Insurance on shipments must be arranged prior to upgrade processing.
Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred for all paid international upgrades. RED recommends that you consult your local Customs office prior to order invoicing. If you are using a broker to arrange delivery of the shipment, provide the broker’s contact information to RED prior to order invoicing.
By ordering an upgrade, you agree to comply with all Export and Re-Export Restrictions and Regulations of the Department of Commerce and any other United States or foreign agencies.
