When attempting to do a black shade calibration, the camera may not complete the process and shows an error.
- Make sure that the sensor is fully covered and no light is getting through. We recommend removing the lens and utilizing the lens mount cap.
- Delete all previously created calibrations (except for the factory calibration) and create a new calibration.
WARNING: do not do a system restore after deleting all the calibrations without creating a new one.
