Target Firmware Fix: Investigating
Workaround: Investigating
Known Issue ID: 16204
Issue Summary: An EPIC-W GEMINI or DSMC2 GEMINI reports a Startup Error after the last user-generated Standard calibration file is deleted and a Defaults Restore is then performed. The error occurs because the camera does not switch to the Factory calibration file after the user-generated file is deleted. The error does not occur if Standard mode is enabled before the Defaults Restore is performed.
Found in Firmware Version: 7.1.0
Target Firmware Fix: Investigating
Workaround: After deleting the last user-generated Standard calibration file, enable Standard mode. Enabling Standard mode automatically applies the Factory calibration file. If the error occurs after a Defaults Restore, clear the error and apply either the Factory calibration file or a Low Light (LL) user-generated calibration file.
