What are the service options?
If you need troubleshooting assistance, submit a support request. RED Support may assist with remote troubleshooting, however unfortunately RED is unable to receive and repair the camera.
Are there any trade-in programs?
Trade-in options for the RED ONE, EPIC MYSTERIUM-X, and SCARLET MYSTERIUM-X cameras ended on January 31st, 2020. Contact a RED Sales Representative for more information.
