Symptoms
Some REDVOLT-V batteries fail to charge.
Potential Resolutions
First, discharge the battery completely. This can be done by attaching the battery to the camera and powering it on until the battery runs out and the camera powers itself down.
Repeat the instructions above until the battery no longer powers on the camera.
Once fully discharged, place the battery back onto the battery charger and let it complete a full charge.
If after following the steps above, you are still experiencing issues with your REDVOLT-V, submit a Support ticket.
