What is RED ARMOR®?

RED ARMOR is an optional extended warranty plan for purchasers of EPIC-X, EPIC-M, or SCARLET-X®. For EPIC-X ($2,850) and SCARLET-X ($1,500), this protection plan extends original 1-year warranty by 2 years (3 years total). For the EPIC-M ($2,850), this protection plan extends original 2-year warranty by 2 years (4 years total).

RED ARMOR can be purchased for your EPIC-X, EPIC-M, or SCARLET-X when placing your initial order (must be purchased before order processing begins). Each BRAIN® is only eligible for one RED ARMOR warranty plan over the life of the BRAIN. Contact the RED Bomb Squad for more information or to have RED ARMOR protection added to your camera.

RED ARMOR optional extended warranty plan is also available for RED ROCKET-X ($395).  This protection plan extends the standard 2-year warranty by 1 year (3 years total).  RED ARMOR can be purchased for your RED ROCKET-X when placing your initial order (must be added before order processing begins).

UPGRADE ARMOR ($1,500) is an optional extended warranty program dedicated to protecting you and your RED DRAGON-upgraded DSMC BRAIN or MYSTERIUM-X upgraded RED ONE for up to one (1) year.  Upon purchasing, the UPGRADE ARMOR replaces your ninety (90) day Sensor Upgrade Standard Warranty, giving you a total of one (1) year protection for your DSMC BRAIN and RED DRAGON sensor upgrade or a total of (1) year protection for your RED ONE and MYSTERIUM-X sensor.  Must be purchased before your RED DRAGON or RED ONE MYSTERIUM-X upgrade is invoiced.

TRANSFER ARMOR ($1,500) is an optional extended warranty program dedicated to protecting you and your re-certified camera for up to one (1) year.  Upon purchasing, the TRANSFER ARMOR replaces your ninety (90) day RED Re-Certified Product Warranty, giving you a total of one (1) year protection for your re-certified camera.  Must be purchased before your Transfer of Ownership is completed.
